Artifact: My Personal Workout Plan and Fitness Test Results
During my Health Related Physical Fitness course I had to come up with a daily workout plan to further my physically active life.  Fortunately I already had a workout plan that I already follow routinely that is challenging as well.  During this course I was also tested my physical ability.  Although 6:56 is not my best mile time I still feel that that time is pretty impressive.  It is important for me as an athlete to be in tip top shape.  This is how I live my life. When I become a physical educator I will encourage my students to do similar workouts independently or help design one of their own.  It is my goal to have my students want to continue to be physically fit the remainder of their lives.
